Not only is Society Garlic a lovely ornamental, it is also very tasty! Both the blooms and foliage are edible and add a mild garlic touch to any dish.

This herbaceous perennial features lovely, lavender colored blooms and reaches heights of up to 3' tall.  

Society Garlic is drought tolerant and heat loving. Performs well in sandy soils.
