Delivery Policy and Fees

Delivery for Rock, Bulk Materials and Sod can vary slightly from what is shown on the checkout screen. Our checkout will automatically charge you for one delivery fee for your location, however, orders requiring multiple trips (or that need specialized equipment at the time of delivery) require additional trip charges and equipment fees. You can add these fees to your order, or we can call you after your order is placed and take payment over the phone for any additional delivery charges.

Local Delivery Cost Breakdown:

Plant Deliveries- These types of deliveries are usually accommodated in a single trip and, generally, only one delivery charge is required. Delivery for one truckload of plants will automatically be added to the checkout. If your order requires more than one trip, then we will call you. 

Rock, Gravel, Topsoil and Fill Dirt- We can take up to five yards per trip. If you are ordering more than five yards, then you will need to pay an additional delivery fee for each additional load needed. 

Mulch- We can take up to 15 yards of mulch per trip. If you are ordering more than 15 yards, then you will need to pay an additional delivery fee for each additional load needed.

Pine Straw- Most orders are accommodated with a single delivery fee. Delivery for one truckload of straw will automatically be added to the checkout. If your order requires more than one trip, then we will call you. 

Sod and Boulders- These products require a forklift or skid steerer for delivery. You will need to add a machine charge onto your order, which is an additional $40. 

If your order requires one of these fees or more than one delivery, then you must add that additional fee (or trip charge) to the checkout. Otherwise, we will call you after your order is placed to collect any necessary delivery fees.
