Dwarf Oyster plants feature a delicate color palette of soft, minty greens, pinks and creams. This plant makes and excellent choice for ground cover thanks to its compact growth habit.

Oyster plants prefer a mix of part sun and shade, bright indirect light will keep your oyster plant its happiest.

These look exceptional around the base of palms and will eventually fill to form a dense, colorful base.

Dwarf Oyster is drought tolerant once it settles into its new home, but water generously for a few weeks after transplanting. We recommend fertilizing twice a year, once in spring and again in late summer.

Oysters are moderately cold tolerant, but its foliage can get nipped by frost. To keep your oysters looking their best, simply throw a sheet over them if a hard frost is expected. Any unprotected foliage that experiences frost bite will come back in the spring.

We sell Dwarf Oysters in one gallon containers.

Nursery pick up only (or we'll deliver to you for an additional fee). No shipping as of this time. Please remember some plants look different in different seasons, for the most accurate visual representation of our plants, it's best to visit our nursery. Online orders will be ready for pick up within 48 hours (usually sooner).
