Podocarpus, also commonly called Japanese Yew, makes an excellent privacy hedge. It is easy to maintain, due to a slow growth habit and in time can reach heights of 10-20' tall and 6-8' wide. Naturally drought resistant and salt tolerant and widely used in landscaping. Female plants will produce a chalky blue berry (not edible). 

Can adapt to either full sun or shade conditions. Water liberally after transplanting.
