Tecoma Stans a is a showy, small tree-like shrub that can reach up to 6' tall with maturity. It is prized for its golden, trumpet shaped flowers and is loved by pollinators and hummingbirds alike. 

Grown as an semi-evergreen in Zones 10b-11. In our neck of the woods you will likely see some die back when our winter temperatures drop. Tecoma will die back to the ground, but if the roots are protected, then it should reemerge in the spring. Simply prune back the dead wood when temperatures rise again.
